Shipping Information

  • Shipping Policy: At Essentia Home, we are committed to delivering a seamless experience for our customers, whether you're ordering from India or abroad. For domestic shipping, we currently deliver across India. Our items typically take 2-4 weeks to arrive, depending on product availability and the destination. For international shipping, we proudly serve select global destinations. Deliveries of items may take up to 2 months, considering the additional time required for customs clearance and international logistics. We understand how important timely deliveries are to you, and we strive to meet your expectations. However, unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, public holidays, or logistical challenges may occasionally cause delays. In such instances, our team will proactively communicate updates to keep you informed every step of the way.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 48-72 hours of being placed. You will receive a confirmation communication from our shipping partner once your order has been dispatched.
  • Shipping Charges: Most of our products are eligible for free domestic shipping. However, certain products requiring special delivery will incur a nominal charge. For such cases, our team will communicate the charges directly to the customer before proceeding. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for domestic orders at a standard charge of ₹299. For international shipping, charges will vary based on the destination. Our team will notify customers of the applicable charges and confirm before dispatch. Any additional duties or taxes levied at the destination will remain the customer's responsibility.
  • Tracking Orders: Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided by our shipping partner. You can use this number to track your package online.
  • Delivery Timeframe: Our delivery partners will attempt delivery a maximum of three times. After that, the package will be returned to our warehouse, and you will need to contact customer service for further action.

Payment Terms

  • We accept multiple payment options, including all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, PayPal and wallet payments.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order. Orders will only be processed and shipped once payment is confirmed.
  • In case of failed transactions or any discrepancies, you are advised to immediately contact our customer service at support@essentia.in  for assistance.

For bulk or special orders, we may request additional verification before accepting an order.
