Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Essentia Home, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, here's how our return and exchange process works:

  1. Return Period :-
    • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
    • Items must be in unused, original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
  2. Non-Returnable Items :-
    • Custom-made, personalized, and clearance items are non-returnable.
  3. Condition of Returned Items :-
    • Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
    • Items that are damaged, used, or altered in any way will not qualify for a return.
  4. How to Return an Item :-
    • Step 1 - Capture a Video: To initiate a return, please provide a clear video showing the unboxing process and that the product is in its original condition as delivered.The video helps us process your request faster. Ensure it clearly demonstrates the product's condition.
    • Step 2 - Submit Your Request: Once we receive your video and return details, we will review and confirm whether the return is eligible. We reserve the right to accept or reject returns based on the product's condition.
    • Step 3 - Return Shipment: If your return is accepted, You will need to ship the item back at your own expense to: Building 6, Hero Honda Chowk, Block B, Sector 34, Gurugram, Haryana, 122001.
  5. Return Shipping :-
    • Domestic Returns - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery. We are not liable for items lost or damaged during transit.
  6. Refunds :-
    • Refund Processing - Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
    • Refund Amount - Kindly note that the refunded amount will be lower than the original purchase price. The refund will be subject to deductions for merchant transaction fees and packaging fees. Additionally, any shipping fees paid to us are non-refundable and will not be included in the refunded amount. We kindly ask that you keep this in mind when requesting a return or refund.
  7. Damaged or Defective Items :-
    • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear video of the parcel opening.
    • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a credit note or refund if a replacement is not available.
